4. NO CANCELLATION should be made once your orders have been submitted to the supplier .

8. Goods sold are NOT REFUNDABLE or EXCHANGEABLE. I will not be liable for any loss through items that are successfully ordered and purchased but are restricted from being shipped to Brunei. There will be NO REFUND for any items that are confiscated at customs.
